Important information

All Poshcatcarina products are dispatched directly from our in-house storeroom. Poshcatcarina is legally binded to list and sell only 100% genuine and authentic goods. Any consignment goods will have to be received, quality checked and authenticated by our strict in-house procedures in terms of quality and authenticity. Consignment goods which pass our expertise check and authentication will be listed, sold and dispatched solely by Poshcatcarina. For those consignment products which DO NOT pass our verification will be automatically returned to the consignee.Consignment goods can be brand new but past season or preowned with minor defects. Details of consignment goods will be clearly stated in the Product Descriptions with photos illustration. Customers are highly recommended to read the details before purchase in terms of the model, season, defects, original packaging and preowned condition.

 

To protect the seller's and consumers' rights, Poshcatcarina operates and complies to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (For more details visit www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/contents). Customers who do not satisfy with the purchase will allow to get a full refund within 14 days and exchange or issue with credit notes up to 30 days of receiving the items. Goods should be returned in the same condition of purchase. Refund or exchange will be issued once return goods are being received and checked by our in-house experts.

 

Any changes in delivery times or charges related to this will be stated in individual product descriptions.

 

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

 

If we attempt to deliver to a delivery address but delivery is impossible or impractical (for example because of access problems or because there was no-one at the delivery address aged 18 or over to sign for the goods at the time arranged for delivery), you may contact us with an alternative delivery address and we will redeliver to that alternative delivery address.

 

Poshcatcarina reserves the right to charge a further delivery fee for each delivery attempt made. However, if we do not hear from you with a suitable alternative delivery address within seven days of the attempted delivery, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.

 

If delivery is impossible or impractical on two or more occasions, then we may cancel your order and deduct from your refund the additional delivery charges and a charge for our administration and storage costs which will be no more than 20% of the price of the goods.

 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

 

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Returns and cancellations

Poshcatcarina offers free returns service only to UK purchases. For those EU and Overseas purchases, customers will be responsible for the postage.

 

To return unsuitable purchase(s), UK customers please contact us to issue a return label and attach to your parcel before posting the package at your Post Office. We strongly recommend that you to retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
